I am disconnected unexpectedly from the Internet while I play?
Since Internet connections malfunction
due to several factors beyond our control, we have developed sophisticated
mechanisms for handling abnormal disconnections, that will
always protect the player's interests.
If you are disconnected
from the Internet while you are in a middle of a game, do not panic.
If you are unable to reconnect to the Sterling House Casino, you will
be logged out after a certain period of inactivity. Subsequently, you may
connect to the Sterling House Casino and log in as usual.
When you manage to reconnect,
the type of game you were playing will determine what
you will see upon reconnection.
For Blackjack, Craps and Video Poker,
upon reconnecting to the Sterling House Casino, you will automatically
be returned to the exact point where the game was interrupted, so
you may continue from exactly where you left off, and decide
what do you want to do, as you would for any game round.
For games like Slots and Roulette, where
the player does not make decisions in the game after the round had
been started, you can just log-in to the casino again and check the
