What Are Solo and Switch/Maestro?
Solo and Switch/Maestro provide you with electronic debit cards that you can use to fund your casino account just like you would with your credit card. You deposit funds to your Solo or Switch/Maestro card then use it to deposit funds to your casino account.

Solo was launched on 1st July 1997 by the Switch Card Scheme, one of the world's leading domestic payment systems. Like its sister card Switch, Solo is a fully electronic debit card and is just as convenient to use to pay for everyday goods & services.
However, Solo offers a new level of financial control and reassurance: every transaction is authorised, so cardholders can only spend what is available in their account. This financial control with Switch-style convenience has brought sophisticated personal banking to new groups of customers.
Currently there are 6.8 million cards in circulation.

How old do you have to be to get Solo?
You can open accounts that offer Solo with NatWest from age 11 onwards and with HSBC from age 16 onwards. If you are interested in getting a Solo card, you should go to your nearest branch of either of these banks or visit their websites for more information. Please keep in mind that although you may hold a Solo account, Sterling House restricts play to those individuals of legal age of majority only.

Can Solo be used over the internet?
If you have a Maestro logo on it, you can use your card wherever you see the Maestro sign – but be aware that in some countries you may be asked to use your PIN as identification.

I have been asked for an issue number when buying things online? Where do I find it?
Not all Solo cards have an issue number – it depends on which bank your card comes from. If you do have one, it will be at the bottom of the card and will be clearly labelled eg. with the words “Iss” or “Issue”.

I have a query about a Solo transaction - what should I do?
If you have any problems with Solo transactions, you should contact your bank branch and ask them to pursue the matter for you. S2 Card Services does not process transactions and has no access to your account details - these are held by the bank that handles your account.

Why use Switch/Maestro?
No bill to pay at the end of the month - the money is debited from your bank account a day or so after the transaction.
How will Solo or Switch/Maestro withdrawals be processed?
As there is no available option in the casino to request a withdrawal through Solo or Switch/Maestro, just select either of NETeller or Moneybookers. Our cash processing team will identify any Solo or Switch/Maestro previous transactions and send back the entire amount [including winnings] through this channel.
